  • Work package 4 Prevalence: Cohorts, Epidemiology and Registration Network

    Broad aim:
    To improve knowledge on dementia prevalence and the exposure of individuals living with dementia to psychotropic drugs.

    Operational objectives:
    1. Assessment of available epidemiological studies on dementia prevalence in relation with Eurocode results and recommendations generated by other European organisations (EADC).
    2. Investigation of the possibility of collecting data on early cognitive deficiencies (Share, EHES, etc…).
    3. Assessment of national information systems other than epidemiological registries or studies.
    4. Assessment of the exposure of individuals living with dementia to psychotropic drugs.
